THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Operations / Fulfilment Coordinator to keep our fulfilment running smoothly. Based mainly at Grow & Grind Café in Porthcawl with regular visits to our Pontyclun warehouse, you’ll ensure our orders are packed and delivered with care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfil online (B2C) customer orders and small B2B orders – ensuring accuracy, quality, and a great customer experience
• Pack and prepare shipments from our café workspace
• Track incoming stock and log deliveries
• Keep fulfilment areas tidy, efficient and well-stocked
• Update Shopify / Airtable / Google Sheets with order and inventory info
• Liaise with our warehouse on large order fulfilment and visit the warehouse in Pontyclun regularly to support with large B2B shipments
• Support light operations tasks like labelling and sample handling
