ABOUT THE ROLE As our GTM Operations / Automation Specialist, you will be the architect of our digital sales and marketing funnel. You will be responsible for identifying every manual bottleneck in our current Go-To-Market process and replacing it with a scalable, automated workflow. Your primary focus is to ensure that every lead captured (via webinars, ads, or partnerships) flows instantly into HubSpot: where it is enriched, scored, and assigned to the right team member without human intervention. This is a technical, execution-heavy role that reports to the Chief Business Officer. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING GTM Tech Stack Ownership: Build, own, and operate the company’s GTM technology stack to ensure seamless data flow. Hyper-automation: Leverage LLMs, virtual assistants, and workflow triggers to eliminate manual intervention across all GTM touchpoints. Infrastructure Setup: Establish and maintain high-performance GTM infrastructure (HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo automations). Outbound Systems: Design and execute repeatable outbound systems at scale, including cold email infrastructure (Smartleads or Instantly). Internal Tooling: Design, develop, and maintain internal-facing tools and agents for outbound personalization and qualification. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Engineering to test, iterate, and scale GTM experiments. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE MUST-HAVE: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a "GTM (Go To Market) Operations / Automation Specialist" (other job titles used: "Operations Automation Analyst", "GTM Engineer", "Automation Analyst", amontg others) AI & Systems Mindset: Strong knowledge of how AI and automation can be applied in business and GTM systems (workflow automation, summarization, routing, and scoring). Automation and process improvement obsession: you cannot perform a task, without your brain thiking "how could I do this process better through better tooling and automation?" Exposure to CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive, SalesForce, etc.) Modern GTM Stack: Proven experience with Clay for data enrichment and Apollo for prospecting. Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.com. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and marketing lead-to-revenue processes. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory). Startup Mindset: Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with limited structure and a focus on measurable results. Remote experience: Proven experience working effectively in a remote or distributed environment. NICE-TO-HAVE: Technical Skill Set: Prior experience in software development or scripting (e.g., JavaScript or Python) to handle custom API integrations and data transformations. HubSpot Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including Workflows, Sequences, and Reporting. Integration Expertise: Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and modern data tooling. Professional fluency in Arabic.
