Location: Fletchers Bakery
Shift: 4 Nights per week - 6pm - 6.00pm
Our Fletchers bakery has over 125 years of baking tradition, with our Kara bakery supplying delicious wholesale bakery products for over 35 years starting with the first floured bap. Both have been part of the Finsbury Food Group since 2014. Fletchers Bakery can trace its roots back to 1895 and both bakeries portfolio of products have risen (get it?) to include gourmet brioche, traditional sliced bread, bloomer breads and vegan and gluten free options, to name a but a few.
To work productively as part of a team to reach the plant production targets on a daily basis, whilst being vigilant and been proactive with quality checks. Throughout the shifts; strict health, safety and hygiene standards must be adhered to, ensuring products are made to the highest quality.
Ensure hygiene and housekeeping practices are carried out to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensure that good Health and Safety practices and behaviours are adopted at all times to have a safe working environment with zero accidents
Participate in company initiatives on training and development of yourself
