Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Project Management The skills we need: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, data validation, etc.), Google Workspace Effective time-management and organizational skills Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the Personal Shopper Programme. Monitor daily operations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Prepare and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal tools, ensuring data integrity. Compile, analyse, and report on operational and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and (optionally) Salesforce. Work cross-functionally to identify and close service or knowledge gaps, elevating both Personal Shopper experience and business results. This is a 12-month contract position.
