Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Operations Group Team Chief for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) Support Contract. Responsible for successfully providing mission support for the planning, coordination, and execution of Division and Corps level exercises conducted by the US Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. This position is contingent upon award. How Role will make an impact: Supervise the Team personnel and organize resources to support MTCP exercises and associated JELC events Lead planning, preparation and execution of assigned exercises Requirements What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Former field grade officer Successfully served in a key developmental position at brigade/battalion level Be current on all Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine Intermediate Level Education (MEL4) graduate What Sets you apart: Highly desirable to have served on Division/Corps level staff positions Highly desirable to be retired colonel (O-6) equivalent or above Highly desirable War College (MEL 1) graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

The Chief is responsible for successfully providing mission support for the planning, coordination, and execution of Division and Corps level exercises conducted by the US Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This role involves supervising team personnel and organizing resources to support MTCP exercises and associated JELC events, leading planning, preparation, and execution.
