SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams for inbox and diary management.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident in using Canva for marketing collateral and digital design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with strong accountability for deliverables.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS/CRB check.
  • Experience within a high-growth business or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations & Growth Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This varied role will see you working closely with senior leadership across business development, marketing, recruitment, operations, and executive support. You will play a key part in driving client growth, strengthening our brand presence, and ensuring the smooth running of internal operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Marketing

  • Research and profile prospective clients, preparing actionable insights for the senior team.
  • Identify decision-makers and support targeted outreach using platforms such as Apollo.
  • Manage and update company profiles on supplier portals; monitor and register with new suppliers.
  • Track and report weekly business development updates to senior leadership.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to engage blue-chip clients.
  • Develop compelling client-facing materials including proposals and presentations.
  • Oversee content creation and publishing across digital channels (LinkedIn, X, company website).
  • Maintain and refresh the company website for accuracy and impact.
  • Create and schedule engaging content using a structured content calendar.
  • Design professional graphics and digital assets using Canva.
  • Enhance brand presence through consistent and impactful storytelling.

Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, screening, formatting CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date within recruitment trackers.
  • Maintain and grow candidate pipelines via platforms such as Indeed.
  • Prepare tailored candidate profiles for client submissions.

Executive & Operations Support

  • Provide diary and inbox management for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings and events.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodation, dining).
  • Support general business operations: document management, expenses tracking, supplier sourcing, and award submissions.
  • Accurately maintain timesheets and expenses through systems such as MyHours.
  • Prepare polished presentations and briefing packs for internal and external use.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as required.
