Role Overview We are seeking an Operations Manager to build, optimise and scale day?to?day operations across our fintech platform and affiliated businesses. This role is central to ensuring seamless execution across payments, partner fulfilment and internal processes, while helping transition the business from high?touch startup operations to scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate is structured, hands?on and solutions?driven, with experience in fast?paced fintech, payments or platform businesses. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Operations Management • Oversee and optimise day?to?day operations across the PayitFast platform and associated products. • Ensure seamless execution of payment flows, settlement
