KEY REQUIREMENT

· Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Business Operations: Sales & Revenue based
portfolio management
· Strong skills in Business Operations and Operations Management
· Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
· Any Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
· Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry is a plus
· Real estate experience is a plus

ROLE DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS HEAD

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Operations
Location- Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· oversee and manage day-to-day operations.
· Develop and implement business strategies, and ensure operational efficiency.
· This role requires leadership and coordination with Various departments & cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and drive performance.
