Description

Responsibilities
To meet clients and customers periodically to understand their expectations and satisfaction level on the services of the company.
Visit wards and assess customer requirements by observation as well as discussing with end users.
To report to the SGM on the outcome of the Client and Customer meetings.
To carry out Customer & Client Satisfaction Surveys in the various hospital sites as per the instructions of the COO/SGM.
To analyze Customer & Client Satisfaction survey data, report findings to SGM and to work out improvement plans.
Oversee daily catering operations, including food production, meal distribution, and quality control.
Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, budget, and procurement of catering supplies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To implement effective customer feedback system & promote the awareness of requirements of Client and Customers.
To provide inputs to the training department if any particular training needs are identified required at any of the units.
To conform to the Company’s guidelines related to his area as detailed in the Company’s Quality Assurance Program developed on the basis of ISO 9001:2000 Q.M.S.
To perform any other duties requested by his superiors out of normal routine but within the scope of work.

  • Comply with latest versions of Accuro IMS standards (ISO 22000:2018; ISO45001:2018; ISO 14001:2015, ISO 90012015, HACCP) & ADOSH as appropriate

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
