YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Provide efficient and effective HR Business Partnering advice and support to key partners on People and HR matters, suggesting appropriate solutions as required and driving OTIF our HR cycle;
  • Support the Senior HRBP Operations in the development and delivery for Global Operations functions;
  • Work with the Leadership Team to deliver talent management and development agenda for the Sub-functions
  • Leverage data analytics to act upon and give to our People Agenda
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, handle conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs
  • Lead organizational change, from Org Design changes to communications and engagement, aligning with legislation and looking after minimal disruption to the business and teams.
  • Build a proven relationship with key collaborators, from Global Business Leadership teams to HR colleagues
  • Ensure quality recruitment into the function, overlooking the joiners/movers/exits processes.
  • Own and drive workforce planning and management, including quarterly budget reviews and annual budgeting exercise;

DESIRABLE CAPABILITIES

  • Ability to work closely with teams with varied strengths across multiple locations
  • Reasonable level of project management skills to drive a structured drumbeat on core People metrices
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and ability to mentor others (particularly in enabling line managers to resolve employee relations issues);
  • Global or above market experience;
  • CIPD qualified;
