About the role Provides intermediate-level integration support with greater independence. Responsibilities include synthesizing operational and intelligence inputs, preparing briefing materials, tracking mission requirements, and coordinating information flow among operational, intelligence, and program offices. Additional duties include supporting operational planning teams, validating requirements with mission partners, and identifying issues that may affect mission execution. The Tier II role requires greater analytical skill, operational awareness, and judgment to ensure that integrated products and recommendations reflect current mission needs and emerging intelligence. What you'll do Synchronize mission actions across multiple directorates, agencies, and stakeholders. Maintain mission timelines, operational matrices, and risk tracking tools. Prepare operational briefs, read-aheads, event summaries, and executive materials. Coordinate interagency working sessions, conferences, and operational reviews. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Serve as central point for operational tasking, updates, and cross-team integration. Qualifications 4–10 years operational, mission support, or planning experience. Proficiency developing structured operational documents and briefings. Experience supporting senior DoW/IC leadership. Ability to manage multi-threaded operations with minimal supervision Top Secret clearance The pay range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000 per year.
