Responsibilities

The role will have extensive client interaction with an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of products, internal systems, processes, and support teams.

  • Provide a proactive service role to our clients and internal teams
  • Assist team in the daily monitoring of all transactions
  • Main point of contact for client operational inquiries
  • Monitoring of all clients related trading
  • Participate in the reduction of errors
  • Help optimize operational efficiency
  • Liaise with our Operations teams globally

  • Proven ability to understand and assess complex processes
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
