Job Description As an Intern for the Executive Office & Operations Team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders—including the Chief Operating Officer, Deputy COO and Director of Operational Excellence for Asia. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives, regional operations, project execution, and continuous improvement efforts. If you’re passionate about hospitality, curious about how global hotel groups operate, and eager to contribute to meaningful regional projects—this role is for you. What You Will Do Operational & Strategic Support Support coordination, follow-ups, briefing materials, and executive documentation Assist in preparing leadership meeting decks, dashboards, and action trackers Conduct market and competitive research for new initiatives Support internal and external event coordination Project Coordination Assist with cross-functional regional projects, including hotel openings Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements Process Improvement Help streamline workflows and document key processes Create templates, tools, and SOPs to enhance efficiency Data & Insights Compile and analyze performance data (KPIs, guest satisfaction, revenue trends) Prepare clear, insight-driven reports and visual summaries Collaboration & Communication Work with hotel teams, regional leaders, and external partners Prepare presentations and briefs for senior stakeholders Innovation & Trends Monitor industry trends in sustainability, technology, and guest experience Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields A genuine passion for the hospitality industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
