Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure process compliance through call audits, and maintain high-quality data reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and management skills to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Efficiently and timely manage daily operations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Quality Audits: Conduct regular call audits to monitor service quality, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identify areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Provide structured feedback and recommendations based on audit findings to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness. Data Management: Maintain and update databases accurately using advanced Excel tools and formulas. Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and publish periodic operational and quality reports, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges proactively, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in process audit, reporting, or customer service quality monitoring.
