Join our team and gain hands-on experience in operations while having the chance to impact our business and the environment positively. 💥 Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern (part-time) to join our team and help us streamline our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various operational tasks, including end-to-end processing of leasing applications, pre-sales and after-sales customer support, and inventory handling. The primary focus of this position is to keep our clients happy and help acquire new ones by improving every aspect of our device leasing business. Key Responsibilities Logistics execution: place vendor orders, book couriers, create labels, track parcels, coordinate deliveries/returns, and resolve issues in real time. Handover & returns: schedule with customers, confirm address/PoA is on file, check device condition, prep accessories/packaging. Data entry & hygiene: record contracts, customer details, serials/IMEIs, order statuses in SoftOne and CRM with zero backlog. SLA tracking & comms: keep customers informed on timelines, open/close tickets, escalate delays fast. Accessories & light inventory: reserve cases/screen protectors, keep counts accurate, support mini stock-takes. Reporting (light): export lists/CSVs, update simple dashboards (deliveries, delays, open cases). What you can expect from our process: 30 min. call with the team you will closely collaborate with to understand your team fit, role and skills 60 min. meeting/case study at our offices. You will be given a case to present to us during this meeting. This will be your time to shine and demonstrate your skills.
