We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations Intern to help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Operations team on hands-on projects that support everything from organizing production areas to researching suppliers and materials. This is a great opportunity for students who want to see how a modern manufacturing environment operates and be part of a fast-growing company while gaining real-world experience in a high-tech production environment. \n What You'll Do: Assist with shop organization tasks such as labeling, counting inventory, tool audits, and workstation setup. Support freezer inventory and organization for prepreg materials, helping maintain traceability and cleanliness standards. Conduct miscellaneous procurement and vendor research. Help track and restock essential materials and consumables across production areas. Support documentation and light data entry related to operations and maintenance logs. Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to identify small process improvements that save time or improve flow. Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Who You Are: Be awesome! Be the kind of person you want to work with! A student or recent grad studying Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable in a hands-on shop environment (light lifting, standing/walking). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Curious about manufacturing technology and continuous improvement. Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and basic research tasks. Available to work 10-20 hours per week on-site in Huntington Beach.
