Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission? 职位描述 RESPONSIBILITIES Well handle the Work for Sample Control Team (Create orders, Take sample photos, Sample Login, AIMS Operation, Warehouse, Filing, Scrapping Samples) 掌握样品管理员工作（开单，拍照，进单，AIMS系统操作，样品入库，报告文件夹入库，样品处理等）。 Well handle the work for Report Team (Create Report Template, Adding sample photos, Combine the data and pass to the different auditors to sign, Sending reports and invoices by AIMS, Make the record for daily report issued status) 掌握报告专员工作（创建报告模板，加入图片，整合原始数据，交由不同审核人签字，报告发票发送，记录每天报告出具情况）。 Finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and in a good way 按时且能很好完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作职位要求 EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS College degree or above in any discipline 大专及以上，专业不限 New graduate is acceptable 接受应届毕业生 Basic English command of reading and writing 具有基础的英文读写能力 Good communication skills and language competence 具有良好的沟通和语言表达能力 Self-initiated, independent and a good team player. 主动、独立、有良好的团队合作精神额外信息可以接受上中班及加班安排

Responsibilities

The intern will handle tasks for the Sample Control Team and Report Team, including creating orders, taking sample photos, and managing report templates. Additional tasks will be assigned by the manager or team leader.
