Overview The Tyndale Company is seeking an Operations Intern to join our Operations team and gain hands-on, real-world experience across key areas of our business. This internship offers exposure to day-to-day operations, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with experienced Operations leaders. Interns are placed within a specific functional area based on business needs, academic background, and skill set. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities will vary by assigned functional area but may include: Operations, Distribution & Manufacturing Support Support daily operational activities within warehouse, manufacturing, embellishment, shipping, or facilities environments Assist with inventory management activities including cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy initiatives Support production, workflow, or layout improvement efforts Assist with documentation, review, and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Supply Chain & Planning Support Assist with demand planning and supply chain analysis using historical data and operational inputs Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, including data preparation and reporting Support inventory execution initiatives, including the identification and resolution of aged or obsolete inventory Provide support for supply chain systems, tools, and process improvements Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency or cost savings Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on simplifying, standardizing, or improving operational processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and facilities General Perform additional duties and special projects assigned to support departmental objectives Qualifications Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s program in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field; Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); analytical skills strongly preferred Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply on our website:www.tyndaleusa.com/careers E.O.E #LI-GR1#LI-Hybrid
