Your mission Role Purpose Transforma Travel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support the operations of all our Adventure Tours in China, Taiwan & Hong Kong, alongside the Regional Operations Manager and other team members. The ideal candidate will be a university student, with a passion for travelling and looking for an internship that will last for at least three months. We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and interested in learning how our operations work! Key Responsibilities • International communication: Communicate efficiently with colleagues to receive full information about our groups and their requirements. • Bookings: Make guide, hotels, trains, buses, (etc…) bookings across China and (potentially) other regions in Asia. • Prepare: Prepare budgets, safety forms and other key information or our Adventure Leaders and communicate this with them. • Assist: Assisting your manager and Adventure Leaders in several other tasks as well as helping out with emergencies. Your profile Skills & Competencies What behavioural, technical, and interpersonal strengths and required for this role? Behavioural & interpersonal: A passion for travel, with hands-on travel experience The ability to work with high volume, manage priorities and multitask Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn Technical & required: Undergraduate in a tourism or general management degree is preferred, but open to any degree Interested in a 3-month internship, at least English: Intermediate level of written and spoken English. Attention to detail: A careful, organized approach to work is essential for this role. Technical: Ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel Independent: As no direct manager is working in the same office,you’llbe managed remotely and expected to do the job independently after on-site training. Responsibilities
Support adventure tour operations in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong by managing bookings for guides, hotels, and transport. Prepare budgets and safety forms while assisting Adventure Leaders and managing emergencies.
