About the Role Workwize is looking for Operations Interns to support and improve how we run services across our global operations. This internship is designed first and foremost as a learning experience — you’ll get hands-on exposure to real operational workflows while being supported by experienced teammates. Over 5–6 months, you’ll help us improve processes, build structure, and make execution smoother across the business. This is a great role for someone with a strong attitude: tenacious, inquisitive, energized by challenges, and excited to take ownership early. Key responsibilities Support day-to-day operational workflows across services (e.g., tickets escalations and resolution, client coordination, project work) Identify and action potential process improvements that reduce manual work Create and maintain clear documentation (SOPs, playbooks, checklists) to support scalable operations growth Support cross-functional coordination with teams like Ops, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and external partners Help track and report operational metrics (cycle time, SLA adherence, error rates, backlog trends) Education and experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Technical skills Comfortable working with data and tools like Notion and Slack Interest in automation a plus Soft skills Tenacious and proactive: You see challenges as energising and moves problems forward Inquisitive: You asks good questions, digs into root causes, and learns quickly Structured communicator: You are clear in writing and verbal updates Ownership mindset: You take responsibility early and challenges the status quo respectfully Workwize offers: Flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote environment, balancing office and home settings.
