What you'll do Data Analysis and Problem Solving Build, maintain, and utilize dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for dark store operations within the assigned market. Analyze data using SQL and other tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement specific to the local context. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the market to implement data-driven solutions and optimize operations. Knowledgebase Development & Maintenance Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to the specific needs and nuances of the local market. Regularly review and enhance SOPs based on local feedback, data insights, and emerging best practices. SOP Implementation within the Market Lead the implementation and adherence to SOPs across dark stores within the assigned market. Train and support local teams to ensure consistent operational excellence and a smooth rollout of updated procedures. Monitor compliance at the store level and address deviations in collaboration with market leadership. Network Design and Planning Develop and optimize the local dark store network to ensure scalability, operational efficiency, and market-specific service quality. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze geographic, demographic, and operational data to identify optimal store locations within the market. Plan and execute store expansions, relocations, and closures with a focus on local cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Partner with local supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the network supports operational and customer experience goals. Product Operations & Experimentation Own the product operations pipeline within the market, including configurations for new launches, experiments, and system updates. Collaborate closely with local product, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of new initiatives. Track and analyze the impact of experiments in the local market and suggest refinements based on performance data. What you'll need Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or network planning, preferably in retail, logistics, or e-commerce. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and dashboard creation. Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multi-market operations. Experience in network design, site selection, or operational scaling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
