QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven knowledge of production and CNC machinery and equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
  • Able to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast moving start-up environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience in commercial construction execution is a strong asset

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets and on-time deliveries
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance and lead data-driven continuous improvements to maintain quality standards
  • Monitor and manage inventory level of parts and supplies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
  • Maintain production schedules and make adjustments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide technical support and training to other technicians and operators
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
  • Manage the day-to-day shop floor operations and on-site installation programs
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, cost controls, and production metrics
