JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Operations Lead to help establish and oversee the daily operations of our new Chatham headquarters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in operations, project coordination, or related business functions. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and confident in managing workflows, coordinating with global teams, and supporting early-stage business growth.
