Operations Lead - Natural Gas Job description: Plum Gas Solutions Inc is an industry leader in manufacturing and delivering natural gas solutions to meet industry needs. We are currently looking to add an Operational Lead role to our growing team based out of our Central Alberta. This is a hands on leadership role ideal for an experienced operations professional who thrives on operational excellence, strong HSE culture, and mentoring teams to exceed goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee day-to-day operation of natural gas conditioning, pressure regulation system, compressors, CNG trailers, and automated fuel station. * Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all equipment, job sites, facilities. * Manage and maintain Scada systems. * Provide training and mentoring for team members. * Providing excellent customer services. * Manage resources, including HR, time, HSE, and operational budget. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, environmental responsibilities. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum 5+ years working with natural gas, compressors, PRS, CNG. * Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory role.
