What You'll Do: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for performing the functions and accountabilities required in the Outbound Operations Department including supporting the Warehouse Management Team with training, leading and directing other warehouse personnel in the absence of management or when required to do so. Maintain a clean and organized work space, Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations. Assist other departments on an as needed basis. Responsibilities

The Operations Lead supports the Warehouse Management team by leading, training, and directing personnel in the Outbound Operations Department. They are responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
