OPERATIONS LEAD - SECURITIES COLLATERAL:

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for an Operations Lead - Securities Collateral for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s New York office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role primarily supports Stock Loan and Triparty/Repo Settlement operations. The ideal candidate will manage Mark-to-market (MTM) positions, fix daily Contract Compare breaks, and monitor Exception Settlement queues, while also being involved in new business initiatives.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in Securities Collateral Operations
• 2+ years of experience with Securities Lending and Repo Tri-party
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Experience managing multiple depositories for collateralization and settlements

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience using Equilend, Global1, DTCC, Loanet, Access Edge, or ADP

• Manage MTM positions and fix daily Contract Compare breaks
• Monitor Exception Settlement queues
• Confirm collateral movements on bilateral and Tri-Party deals
• Collaborate with internal and external clients
• Input collateral trades and balance daily activities
• Calculate entity cash funding
• Support repo Tri-Party deals and manage collateral activity
• Track monthly fails and validate repo broker bills
• Balance daily transactions between Loanet and DTCC
• Resolve settlement/collateral issues and Contract Compare breaks
