about this team
Strategic Sales builds brand awareness by sharing our best in the world technical product with key athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with studios and athletic teams to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels. Today the Strategic Sales Department operates seven Programs - Independent, Golf + Resort, Key Accounts, Team Program, Arena, Corporate and Campus. This role would support all Programs.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the Distribution Centres, Global Fulfillment, Digital Product Management, Global Finance Shared Services, and Merchandising, Planning & Allocations to document processes, implement strategies, facilitate training, and drive change management and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Network Planning and Logistics teams to deliver outbound and inbound demand forecasts, track actuals, evaluate carrier performance, and monitor SLAs to optimize operational outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on in-progress orders to support prioritization efforts and ensure smooth product flow across the distribution network.
  • Build and manage the drop day calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and mitigate risks.
  • Review supply chain vendor compliance manuals to assess adherence to operational standards and enable informed decision making that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead special projects including distribution center moves, re-price initiative strategy, returns/order issue strategy, and technical optimizations within fulfillment systems, while supporting long-term business goals and infrastructure evolution.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for planning, ordering, and managing department supplies, ensuring timely availability and effective cost management to support daily operations.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field preferred; Change Management certification or relevant training a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in lead operations roles or project management, with a focus on distribution center operations, fullfillment and logistic.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - 107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as [Hybrid] under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 4 days per week.
