Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Provide feedback to the operations manager. Contribute to a positive team environment. Deliver legendary service to all customers. Develop positive working and professional relationships with partners. Execute operational assignments during scheduled shifts. Manage service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as company and brand policies and standards. Ensure equipment is properly stored. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
