The impact you’ll make As Operations Lead, you act as the connector between our customers and the organization. You’ll lead and develop the business - creating clarity, engagement and growth while ensuring we stay on track to our goals and customer commitments. You build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear direction and opportunities for growth. You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify where we can create additional value, strengthen collaboration and support our customers’ strategic development. You are comfortable in developing routines and processes that are both effective and sustainable and in line with the company's ethos, culture and ways of working. A key part of your role is to stay close to the customer and the numbers - monitoring overall performance, resource planning while driving improvements where needed and ensuring we consistently deliver on our commitments to customers. With a sharp eye for opportunities, risks and needs, you help the organization evolve and grow. You create clarity around goals, responsibilities as well as outcomes. You’ll also represent our business unit in dialogues - acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.
