Role Description The Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across Trusity’s business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, workflows, and resources to ensure smooth delivery of educational offerings and learner experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Identify partnerships in the market that can add strategic value to Trusity's overall goals and operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, supporting partner and stakeholder engagements, and ensuring compliance with local and organizational standards.
• Contribute to scaling operations as Trusity expands, maintaining clear documentation and communication across all operational processes.
