Our National Financial Services Customer is seeking an Operations Leader, to lead their Member Services Professionals, a team of ~ 8 people, as well as support staff.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our Operations Leader in Regina, you’ll have the opportunity to build a legacy in the region. You have an eye for detail and a desire to go above and beyond to enable your team to be set up for success. This role focuses on delivering business results, enhancing client relationships, and strengthening business community connections - while empowering you to drive local sales and marketing efforts.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Leadership with professional services teams, ideally within tax or accounting.
  • Proven success in business growth, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and efficiency in a deadline-driven business.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic Business mindset with strong analytical thinking.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to meet with Members, attend events, and participate in leadership meetings.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional out-of-town travel. While most trips will be day trips, some overnight travel may occasionally be required.
