OVERVIEW

The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing all shipping and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, documentation, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring that materials and finished products are efficiently and compliantly moved through the supply chain, while optimizing cost and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Training or certification in purchasing/negotiation techniques is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success handling business continuity challenges and cost optimization.

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of cGMP and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written in English.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with financial acumen and KPI measurement capability.
• Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Customer-focused (both internal and external clients).
