We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist to join our New Jersey team and play a key role in supporting manufacturing, inventory management, and shipping operations. Position Summary The Operations & Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing, inventory management, and shipping operations at Movora's New Jersey facility. This position is responsible for ensuring products are processed, packaged, received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role supports both operational production activities and warehouse logistics functions, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Operations Support Prepare, clean, inspect, package, and label medical device products. Support clean room and production activities. Operate equipment used in product preparation and packaging. Maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner. Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Prepare domestic and international shipments using carrier software. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve shipping issues. Inventory Management Perform inventory transactions within Sage ERP. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Follow quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Support process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. Assist with maintaining documentation and operational procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or operations. Experience using ERP systems such as Sage, Business Central, or similar inventory management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical warehouse activities. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with domestic and international shipping. Experience with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping platforms. Inventory control and cycle counting experience. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, including the use of required PPE.
