As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Operations & Logistics Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth coordination between our office management and shop floor operations.
Role Overview:
As the Operations & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll act as the critical link between our office managers and shop floor operatives. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, manage logistics, and coordinate both goods in and goods out processes. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met, and upholding Pinnacle’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the communication bridge between office management and shop floor teams.
  • Manage shop floor operations, ensuring jobs are progressing on schedule and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on fabricated goods, identifying defects and ensuring accuracy before dispatch.
  • Oversee packing, dispatch, and booking of transport while strategically planning shipments to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Manage stock levels, placing replenishment orders, and overseeing the goods in processes.
  • Ensure building maintenance and general upkeep tasks are performed as needed.
  • Maintain adequate first aid and welfare supplies on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment.
  • Support the trade counter with sales and customer interactions when

required.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM – 4:00 PM (45 hours per week)

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between different departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and stock management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and building maintenance processes.
  • Competent with coordinating transportation and logistics planning. Fork Lift Truck certification / experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt and assist in trade counter sales when needed.
