A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you’ll be accountable for the safe loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety-first culture. Day shift: 5 am - 1 pm Key responsibilities: Safe loading and delivery of customer orders Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations Strong knowledge of Load Restraint requirements BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain) Proactive communicator who takes ownership On-site gym Generous parental leave policy Professional but relaxed company culture Employee Assistance Programme At Vulcan, we believe that being a diverse and inclusive workplace makes us better in every way.
