LotusWorks is seeking a highly motivated Operations and Maintenance Lead to oversee a team of 10 technicians supporting a 24x7 operations and maintenance program at a cutting-edge semiconductor facility. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure all equipment and systems are maintained to the highest safety, reliability, and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of 10 technicians working within a 24x7 operations and maintenance schedule. Oversee maintenance activities on operating equipment in alignment with client guidelines and procedures. Review and approve equipment upload files for integration into the client’s operations system. Manage preservation activities on non-operating equipment, including safe state verification and sign-off. Escalate vendor-required preservation activities to FCE/FFO for site visit coordination. Partner with central engineers to review escalation issues and preservation checklists. Respond to alarms, equipment shutdowns, and emergencies while ensuring timely escalation to central engineers. Perform rounds and readings on equipment and areas lacking automation to ensure system performance and reliability. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or facilities engineering within a semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial environment. Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring technical teams, is a must. Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, equipment preservation, and operational best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in fast-paced, high-reliability environments. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Education / Licenses / Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred, but not required. Relevant technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems) are an advantage. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
