THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

  • Engineering degree and relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and system-based work practices.
  • Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project) and SAP.

Responsibilities

The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of operations and maintenance activities. This includes outage planning, troubleshooting plans, and sustainable improvements toward achieving business results in his/her area. The individual will provide leadership to all facets of the production process; help build and support a high-performance work system; and must support and exemplify the vision and organizational values of International Paper Grande Prairie Mill.
