Job Description Oversee all operations and maintenance activities for rail infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programmes to optimise asset performance and minimise downtime Lead and manage handover processes for rail systems, assets, and facilities, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough documentation Direct and mentor maintenance teams, providing guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectations Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and operational tasks Establish and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset conditions, and handover documentation for compliance and audit purposes Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Manage stakeholder communications regarding operational status, maintenance schedules, and handover milestones Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian rail regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations and resource allocation Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for operational and maintenance-related challenges Facilitate induction and training programmes for new operational and maintenance personnel Qualifications • Minimum 15 years' experience in rail operations and maintenance management • Proven experience managing asset handovers and transition projects • Strong people management and team leadership skills • Comprehensive knowledge of rail infrastructure systems and maintenance protocols • Excellent organisational and time-keeping abilities Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Urban Transport and Urban Development Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Technical Engineering
