You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Oversee harvest, planting, application, and tillage schedules Develop annual agronomic plans and monitor crop development throughout the season Manage custom applications and trucking contracts Budget for operation costs including inputs, fuel, and custom services Direct grain logistics including storage location, inventory and delivery We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Quarterly reports on field progress Annual reports on agronomic plans Monthly reports on field conditions, Sky Scout Monthly reports on custom applications and trucking contracts Quarterly reports on operation budget Monthly grain logistic deliveries due Our company runs purely on EOS.
