JOB SUMMARY

This position works in the Package Center Servicing Customers and coordinate the center’s administrative activities. The role may be responsible for the training and development of the center administrative employees, where the employees are assigned, and will direct their work.
Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 3.00 PM to 8.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week)
Shift Duration: 5 hours a day (must be flexible with the Start and Finish time)
Work Location: 134 CLYDE AVENUE MOUNT PEARL, NL A1N 4S3
Salary Wage: $17.59 per hour

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitors the Package Center Information System (PCIS).
  • Administers service recovery and guaranteed service refunds.
  • Maintains issues tracker for designated clients and tracks customer service metrics.
  • Responds to customer requests and resolves customer concerns.
  • Provides dispatch for non-management employees for On-Demand Services, Service Recovery, Rapid Recovery, etc.
  • Performs account maintenance on pick-up accounts, consignee billing, etc.
  • Audits various internal systems and reports.
  • Performs light maintenance on hardware and software systems.
  • Performs DIAD maintenance, updates, and control.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Data entry experience – Required
  • Previous administrative experience – Required
  • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent – Preferred
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
