Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations and supporting the company’s continued growth.
This is an office-based position in Dublin 12. It’s well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and problem-solving in a fast-paced SME environment where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating a team of engineers, ensuring efficient time management and service delivery
  • Delegating and supporting tasks across the office team
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Managing installations, maintenance, and service workflows, including compliance documentation and paperwork for audits
  • Processing invoices, quotations, and contracts, including use of our in-house platform (EZ Management Systems experience desirable)
  • Overseeing supply chain and stock requirements
  • Tracking operational metrics and identifying inefficiencies to improve processes
  • Supporting compliance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g. RAMS, NSAI audits, personnel/training records)
  • Contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence
