• Responsible for SQDCT (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Team) metrics for 3D Printing operations in Littlestown. Act as the single point of contact for the global 3D operations team and local site management team.
• Prepare manufacturing operation and investment plans. Define and implement improvement plans and continuous improvement programs to meet/exceed performance measures.
• Manage projects, including introduction of new products, capital expenditures, processes and equipment optimization, in alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
• Manage budget in accordance with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Profit & Lost results for the 3D Printing production unit. Identify, implement, and monitor cost-down opportunities.
• Supervise, select, develop, coach, and evaluate team to ensure effective and efficient manufacturing.
• Create and sustain a learning organization and high-performance team.
