As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all processes. You will work closely with team leads, cross-functional departments, and senior management to achieve company goals and ensure that operations run seamlessly.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure efficient team performance and discipline within operational departments (PODS).
- Collaborate with team leads to address issues and provide support in achieving operational goals.
- Train new employees and monitor the development needs of current staff to enhance team integration and performance.
- Conduct regular evaluations and implement strategies to improve staff performance.
- Act as a liaison between operations and other departments, facilitating effective communication between teams in Colombia and US.
- Address operational challenges promptly and make decisions to resolve issues.
- Identify and propose improvements to operational processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Track key performance indicators to ensure that performance objectives are met.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure seamless business operations across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a leadership position, managing teams, and driving operational performance.
- In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain processes (Quoting, Carrier Sales, Tracking, Customer Sales and Accounting)
- Strong leadership, team management abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and align operational goals with business objectives.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
