The Operations Manager provides oversight, assistance, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the day-to-day operations of the Recovery Support Services Division including both the Peer Recovery Specialists (PRS) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) in accordance with accepted practice and company policies and procedures.   Tasks & Responsibilities A. Essential Duties * Contributes to the development and successful implementation of operational processes, training, and systems, and promotes the aims and objectives of Victory Bay * Oversee the daily operations of the Recovery Support Services Division, ensuring, efficient service delivery * Provides leadership and guidance to BHT and PRS Managers as well as appropriate training to staff and department * Assist with hiring, training, and evaluation of staff * Monitors KPI’s for the Recovery Support Services Division * Implement monitoring measures of Recovery Support Services Division * Promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Works closely with the admissions team to support the growing client census.    * Reports any conflicts, or program deviations to the relevant medical and clinical professionals. * Liaising with departmental heads to ensure company-wide operational compliance B. Additional Duties * Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.  * As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.   C.
