Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Long Eaton, United Kingdom. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet organisational goals Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards Analyse operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maximise profitability Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the organisation Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives Establish and maintain effective health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and development Support General Manager in day to day bussines Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse teams across multiple departments Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience planning and implementing operational improvements In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment Opera experience Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
