We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role is key to streamlining our internal systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting our growth.
Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you will:

  • Onboarding & HR
  • Develop and manage new employee onboarding processes.
  • Oversee hiring, recruiting, and staff development.
  • Maintain employee files and training records.

  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure company compliance with state licensing requirements.
  • Manage insurance renewals, COIs, and documentation.
  • Stay current on OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Office Systems & Processes
  • Create and improve office systems to streamline scheduling, dispatch, and reporting.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
  • Support CSR team with better processes for customer calls and booking.

  • Business Operations Support
  • Coordinate between field and office staff to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and accountability systems.
  • Assist ownership with strategic initiatives and company growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, office management, HR, or compliance (home services/trades industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and document systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with licensing, insurance, and compliance requirements a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Tech-savvy with software tools (experience with Housecall Pro a bonus).
