Description

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and transformation objectives.
Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be process redesign.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with IT teams and implementation partners to design and deliver effective Salesforce and customer experience solutions.
Manage product backlogs, prioritisation and enhancement roadmaps.
Support solution implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, solution adoption and benefits realisation.
