REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in make-to-order, millwork, cabinetry, furniture, or building products
• Green or Black Lean Six Sigma Belt
• Proven experience working on high-impact projects through to execution
• Familiar with plant operations and product development
• Technical fluency with ERP/MES systems

We’re working with our client who is looking to hire an Operations Manager permanently in Abbotsford. This person will be taking ownership of operational outcomes and supporting product development.
