We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for leadership, hands-on work, and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires both strategic oversight and the ability to jump in and operate heavy equipment when needed.
The ideal candidate is an intrapreneur — someone who treats the role as if it were their own business, takes full accountability, and consistently demonstrates strong follow-through from start to finish.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a high-performing team in a dynamic agricultural environment.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including tractors, quadtracks, front-end loaders, and skidsteers.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Create and manage KPIs that align employee growth with company goals.
  • Oversee budgets, track inventory, and forecast workloads.
  • Ensure products are applied correctly, on time, and in compliance with best management practices.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including material usage and field conditions.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and meet deadlines.
