Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational activities of the organization. This role ensures efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability by managing resources, streamlining processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery. The Operations Manager will lead and develop operational teams, implement strategic initiatives, and continuously improve performance to achieve organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of operational principles, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for operations management (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in preferably Agricultural Inputs or similar fields.
